This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, train, and upskill.You'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient lifting solutions across major projects, because at Freo Group, we lift the weight off your shoulders safely.**Key Responsibilities*** Assist with lift studies, transport drawings, method statements, and crane comparisons.* Prepare spreadsheets to support calculations for lift studies and transport drawings.* Develop dynamic 3D blocks for newly purchased cranes and rigging equipment.* Respond to technical queries during incident investigations.* Modify designs for available equipment.* Provide crane comparisons and recommendations for capital expenditure.**What We're Looking For*** A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.* Experience in the crane and rigging industry or similar mining/heavy civil/mechanical projects.* Current Driver's License.* Ability to plan, perform calculations, and develop lift plans.**Why Join Us**At Freo Group, you're not just designing lifts, you're contributing to projects that keep Australia moving.
