Skills Required:2-3 years proven experience as construction estimation/quantity surveyor particularly in Carpark projectsExpertise in interpreting and marking up construction plans using Active Take-Off softwareExperience in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and quotes for concrete-related projects, including materials, labor, and overhead analysisFamiliarity with construction codes and industry standards related to concrete and general construction practicesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing estimates and reviewing plans to avoid costly errorsProficiency in using AutoCADNice to Have:Job Management SoftwareOther Take Off SoftwareKnowledge of Australian StandardsQuery successfulWhat will you do?
