About the Role
This is a high‐activity, outbound media sales role — and if you're the right person, that sentence excites you.
As a New Business & Sales Account Manager, you'll own a territory of tourism boards, travel brands, and agency partners, building relationships and selling integrated print and digital content campaigns that genuinely move the needle for clients.
You'll be supported every step of the way, but you'll also be expected to bring the energy, the ideas, and the drive.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Pitching and presenting — confidently communicating the value of our media products over the phone, in person, and virtually
* Prospecting hard — hunting new business through competitor analysis, market awareness, and smart territory management
* Thinking strategically — developing tailored campaign ideas, refining your approach, and closing with confidence
* Managing your patch — proposals, booking forms, liaising with ad ops, and keeping clients happy end‐to‐end
* Reporting in — weekly WIPs, monthly forecasts, and progress‐to‐target updates keep everyone accountable and on track
About You
You've spent a couple of years in a fast‐paced, phone sales environment — maybe media, maybe recruitment, maybe something else entirely — and you've loved it.
You're not just comfortable making calls, you actually enjoy it. You're persuasive without being pushy, you bounce back quickly, and you're hungry to level up into a role with real earning potential and real career growth.
Specifically, you bring:
* 2–3 years of outbound sales experience in a high‐call environment — media, digital, or marketing solutions is a big plus
* Proven ability to pitch and close — you understand the full sales cycle and know how to move deals forward
* Strong communication skills — articulate, warm, and confident in writing and in person
* Tech fluency — comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Asana
* A growth mindset — you take feedback well, you want to be coached, and you're always looking to improve
