This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview coding on requisitions and ensure accuracy of GL account and cost centre allocationPrepare journals for accruals, reclassifications, cost allocations, and amortisationsComplete general ledger, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliationsAssist with BAS, FBT, TPAR, WorkCover, and ATO Payment Times reportingSupport preparation of income tax schedules, annual financial statements, and audit requirementsManage corporate credit cards, including new requests and limit changesProvide ad hoc support to finance team and managers as requiredAbout YouBachelor of Business/Commerce (Accounting) and working towards CA/CPA qualification4+ years' accounting experience, ideally within a complex or software/consulting environmentProficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, linked sheets)Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join?
