Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive better outcomes for our community? We're looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our organisation through high-quality data analysis and reporting.
As the Reporting Analyst you will work closely with subject matter experts, projects sponsors, project managers, external stakeholders, and Wagga Wagga Community to develop effective relationships that contribute to analysing, reporting and developing the efficient delivery of Council's projects and programs.

* Remuneration of $3,522.78 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,227.34 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

Your new role:
This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, developing meaningful reports and visualisations, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
* Provide statistical information to senior management for planning and general review purposes.
* Provide business analysis expertise to identify technology related enhancements and opportunities, with a particular focus on continuous improvement.
* Identify inaccurate or incomplete data and proactively manage process improvements at source, in particular reviewing business processes to enhance the quality of data collection and reporting.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics.
* Design, track and monitor key performance indicators in collaboration with business stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
