Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.
This role will involve delivering exceptional IT support to all team members across various channels, managing and resolving Level 1 & 2 help desk requests, administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and related services like Azure, SharePoint, and Intune, assisting with IT infrastructure and networking, including hardware configuration and deployment, rolling out new software and systems to enhance workflows, and collaborating with senior IT members and other teams to improve processes and security.
