Shift Supervisor Overview
As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel‐good customer experiences, deliver safe food, drive sales and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers.
