About the Roles
We are currently recruiting for:
* Chefs (CDP / Commis) – minimum 2 years' experience
* Pastry Chefs – minimum 3 years' experience
Positions are available on a casual and full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
* Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
* Contribute to smooth kitchen operations during service and prep
* Uphold Magill Estate Kitchen's standards of excellence

About You
* Trade qualified or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or 3 years as a Pastry Chef
* Experience in a premium or professional dining environment
* Strong attention to detail and passion for food
* Ability to work well under pressure in a team-focused kitchen
* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
* Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available)
