Deadly Inspiring Youth Doing Good (DIYDG) is seeking a Male Youth Worker to join our team and work alongside young people engaged in our alternative learning program. This program is on-Country, adventure-based and curriculum-aligned, with a strong focus on social and emotional wellbeing.
Applicants must hold a Certificate IV qualification relevant to youth work or community services.
A current Working with Children Check is required prior to commencement.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about walking alongside young people, providing positive male role-modelling, and supporting learning outside of mainstream systems.
A minimum of 6 months experience working with young people is required.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth is preferred.
