About The Position
The Rostering Officer will assign Support Workers to services and liaise with clients. This role requires a high level of customer service, ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer and respond to calls and emails.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handling internal or external communication or management systems
* invoicing and sending out client statements
* Answering calls in regards to enquiries from customers and brokerage partners
* Rostering support workers for shifts
* Working with Case managers to make sure all rosters adhere to the clients plans
* Liaise with other departments such as HR and Case Managers
* Investigate any issues for services and supervise client management systems
* Accurate documentation of transactions in client management systems
* Admin and ad hoc duties
