The Role We are seeking an APS3 Service Support Officer to provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a health and wellbeing service environment. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, and committed to supporting clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. Manage client appointments and provide reception support. Deliver administrative support to service delivery teams and managers. Assist with data entry, correspondence, invoicing, and event coordination. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace. About You Previous experience in customer service and business operations, ideally in health or government settings. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities. Hold (or able to obtain) a Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People registration.
