The Role Reporting to the CFO, this position leads the financial control function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective support to the wider business. You will play a key role in shaping finance processes while mentoring and developing a capable team.
This role is initially offered as a 6‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension or transition into a longer‑term or permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month end and year end close across a multi‑entity structure
Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audit
Manage cashflow, treasury, and financial risk
Provide insights into financial performance, budgets, and trends
Drive process improvements across systems and reporting
Lead and develop a team across accounting and transactional finance
About You
Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
Strong technical expertise across financial reporting, controls, and compliance
Experience operating in complex or multi‑entity environments
Confident leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
CA or CPA qualified with a hands‑on and proactive approach
