Lead, inspire and drive growth in your community
As Branch Manager you'll be at the forefront of shaping financial success for our members and communities. The Branch Manager role isn't just a leadership role – it is an opportunity to lead making a meaningful difference in the lives of our members and the Benalla and Violet Town communities. You will champion portfolio and lending growth, building strong member relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet members financial needs.
The core focus of the role will be on driving lending growth through sales and member acquisition strategies while building trusted partnerships that strengthen our presence in the Benalla and Violet Town region. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in business development initiatives that elevate our profile and unlock new growth opportunities.
You will provide high level oversight of branch operations and empower the Team Leader to deliver efficient and exceptional member experiences.
