The Opportunity
Engineer Your Career. Our Project Engineers ensure HV and renewable energy projects run smoothly, bridging the design engineering team and the field team from start to finish.
The Charles Wright Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience across Project Engineering, Engineering Design (primary, secondary, SCADA), Testing & Commissioning and Site Construction. Rotating across each discipline, you will build a broad understanding of engineering project management and technical engineering, while preparing for advancement at CPP.
The program duration is 2 years, during which you will work on projects under the supervision of experienced Electrical Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure on major HV construction projects across Australia including HV substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and windfarms.
Program Details
* Based at our office in South Granville, NSW.
* Permanent, full-time entry with a two-year graduate program.
* February 2027 full-time commencement, with the option to start as an intern in the meantime.

About You / Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or studying your final year), preferably within the last 4 years, with specialization in electrical, electronics and/or high voltage power engineering.
* Must be studying an undergraduate degree at an Australian University.
* A great attitude with a proactive mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
