Main Responsibilities
* Supporting healthcare staff in managing complex patient needs
* Liaising closely with nurses and hospital staff to ensure a coordinated response
* Monitoring entry points and managing crowd flow to prevent unauthorized access
* Responding to and helping de-escalate aggressive or volatile behaviors
* Conducting regular patrols and static guarding to maintain a secure environment
* Providing one-to-one patient observation
About You:
* Experience in healthcare, mental health, or other high-sensitivity environments
* Confidence engaging respectfully with patients, staff, and visitors
* Calm decision-making and strong observational skills
* Understanding of healthcare regulations and confidentiality
* Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in de-escalation techniques
