Key Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with senior business stakeholders to provide HR support and guidance.

* Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

* Conduct training sessions for managers on performance management and development programs.
">
* Prepare and publish reports on HR solutions and initiatives.
">
* Support the closure of employee issues and work closely with the HR Lead to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

">
* Proven experience in a similar position with strong analytical skills and expertise in Business Partner HR & HR Analytics.

* Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycle and working in multicultural, international business environments.
">
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience working in diverse and multi-cultural environments.
">
* Capacity to multi-task and work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:
">
">
* 0-3+ years of HR experience (preferably Business Partnering).
">
* Experience in an ICT / Professional Services organization will be preferred.
">
* Strong knowledge of ANZ specific practices and processes.
