Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands‑on and technically IT Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise IT environment. This role is suited to an IT engineer who is comfortable working across IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), network and security infrastructure, endpoint management, and compliance administration, while also actively participating in IT project implementations.
The IT Specialist will play an important role in delivering and supporting IT solutions, including system deployments, pilot and trial phases, end‑user support, and technology rollouts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of balancing day‑to‑day operational support with project‑based work in a growing and evolving IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Application Administration: Administer enterprise IT applications and platforms, including user provisioning, access control, role‑based permissions, and lifecycle management across business systems and cloud services.
IT Security, Endpoint & Compliance Administration: Manage and maintain IT security and compliance controls, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Group Policies, and endpoint security configurations. Support and maintain compliance with security frameworks and standards such as the Australian Essential-8.
ERP & Business System Administration: Provide day‑to‑day administration and operational support for ERP and business systems, including Pentana MDS, SAP S/4HANA, and related integrated platforms. Coordinate system configuration, user access, data accuracy, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders as required.
IT System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and applying updates and patches.
Technical Support & Data Administration: Deliver Level 1/2 technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, system access, and data‑related issues. Perform data administration tasks to ensure data integrity, availability, and proper system operation.
Microsoft 365 Platform & Automation Support: Support and administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, and related services. Assist with automation, reporting, collaboration solutions, and continuous improvement of business workflows.
IT Project Implementation & Deployment Support: Actively participate in IT project delivery, including pilot/trial execution, system rollout, technical deployment, testing, and post‑implementation end‑user support. Ensure smooth adoption and transition into business‑as‑usual operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
years of hands‑on experience in an IT Specialist, IT System Administrator, or IT Engineer role within an enterprise or multi‑system environment.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft security and compliance platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Group Policies, and endpoint management.
Experience supporting or administering ERP and business systems, such as Pentana, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong experience providing Level 1/2 technical support, including system troubleshooting, user support, and basic data administration.
Solid experience in a Microsoft 365–based environment, with hands‑on exposure to SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, and related collaboration and automation tools, or AWS cloud service.
Australian Citizen or PR visa is required.

Works effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, communicating clearly and constructively in both technical and non‑technical contexts.
Chinese reading and writing, mandarin speaking are preferred.
Experience working in Automotive industry in preferred.
