We're a Perth-based, family-run juice manufacturing business making fresh, cold-pressed juices and beverages for homes, cafés, and retailers. Our factory is fast-paced and team-driven, and we take pride in doing things properly.
The Role
We're looking for a Production Team Member to support day-to-day operations at our Osborne Park factory. This is a varied, hands-on role working across juicing, bottling, and order preparation/packing. You'll need to be adaptable, efficient and have good attention to detail.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Operating juicing and production equipment according to training and procedures.
* Picking and packing customer orders.
* Adherance to food safety standards and health and safety protocols.
* Supporting the team to meet daily production requirements.
* Report all exceptions to product or ingredient quality, or equipment performance.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work, including some work in a coolroom chilled to <10 degrees.
* Detail-oriented — accuracy matters in our products and orders.
* Able to follow systems and food safety procedures.
* A team player who's happy to help where needed.
* Calm and focused in a busy production environment
Previous food manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not essential.
