This role involves supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, disabilities, post-operative care needs, and older Australians in their independent living at home.
The comprehensive services we offer include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home, and palliative care. We seek compassionate support companions who provide caring, respectful, and high-quality service.
Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long-term relationships.
You will assist with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living.
