You will lead and design a national governance, audit, and compliance framework that supports operational excellence and ensures full contractual and legislative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a national compliance, audit, and governance framework.
* Lead and mentor a compliance and risk team to deliver on key objectives.
* Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments across national operations.
* Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive compliance culture and best practice.
* Ensure all operations align with legal, contractual, and internal standards.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in self-insurance or statutory benefits systems.
* Experience across multiple jurisdictions in Australia.
* Proven background in audit, compliance, or risk management.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
