Our Team seeks experienced caterers to join us in Daisy Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides nutritious meals to over 2,400 students and staff across our beautiful campus.
We are looking for talented individuals who can work collaboratively with the Head of Catering Operations to deliver high-quality services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to cook meals to approved menus and manage food safety standards.
Chef-de-Partie:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and work closely with other departments to meet customer needs.
* Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Duty Chef:
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure smooth operation of catering services during peak periods.
College Cook:
* Assist in preparing and cooking meals for students and staff.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Requirements include a Blue Card or Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and relevant certifications. A friendly personality and great communication skills are essential for success in this role.
