Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Are you a junior looking to start your career within customer service? Our client is looking for a motivated individual to commence as soon as possible!
Full training is provided, offering you the chance to learn from the best and become a valuable part of the team. Learning from the ground up, you will become proficient in high volume customer enquiries, data entry, and essential office administration.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
* First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
* Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers
* Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers
* Adhoc administration duties
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Friendly & bubbly personality
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
