* Flow Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain flows, lightning pages, validation rules, metadata, security & permissions.
* User Support & Troubleshooting: Be the escalation point for recruiters, allocations, compliance & operations.
* Cross-System Issue Resolution: Diagnose complex cross-system issues spanning ATS, WFM, Payroll, Analytics.
* Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards that drive decisions across recruitment, compliance, workforce planning & management.
* Data Quality Leadership: Lead data hygiene, duplicate management, compliance audits & data integrity initiatives.
* Automation & Process Improvement: Own Flow automation across onboarding, screening, job/shift creation, scheduling logic & communication workflows.
* Release & Vendor Management: Manage ISV updates and run regression, sandbox testing & change control.
* Integration Oversight: Support connections for onboarding, scheduling, payroll exports, portals & analytics, managing escalation pathways.
* Business Analysis & Roadmapping: Translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders to protect long-term platform health.
