**Talent Acquisition Manager Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and execution across our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, developing creative sourcing strategies, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, and leading employer branding initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across core technical domains, including Workday, ERP, cloud platforms, payroll tech, and consulting services.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs, team goals, and project demands.
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality tech and consulting talent—both permanent and contract.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across key capabilities, with a focus on speed and quality.
* Negotiate offers aligned to salary bands, manage compliance checks, and support onboarding transitions.
* Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering an environment of growth and learning and cultivating a culture of recruitment excellence.
* Continuously innovate the recruitment process by leveraging new technologies and best practices, aiming to enhance the overall candidate experience.
* Track and report on hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in tech and consulting recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced professional services or consulting firm.
* Proven success hiring across ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), cloud infrastructure, and payroll technology.
* Strong background in sourcing and placing technical consultants, often under tight project timelines.
* A wide network and ability to engage passive candidates across tech markets.
* Experience supporting hiring across both permanent and contingent workforce models.
* Experience with Workday ATS, with the ability to leverage it to streamline recruitment workflows.
* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, with a knack for leveraging social media and professional networks in recruitment efforts.
