You will build strong relationships with families and the local community, manage day-to-day centre operations, and drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
Key Requirements:
* Advocate for Early Childhood and Care
* Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check
* Minimum of 2 years' experience leading and managing an Early Learning Centre
