About Your New Role
ANUM of Endoscopy, Peri Operative Department, Fitzroy (St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne).
Permanent, full‐time (76 hrs) position. 9 days per fortnight with 10, 8 and 6 hour shifts to allow work/life balance. The role is pivotal in managing the day‐to‐day functioning of the Theatre department, responsible for your assigned portfolio, and engaging with all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day operations of the Theatre department.
* Lead your assigned portfolio and ensure high clinical standards.
* Engage and coordinate with all key stakeholders across clinical, clinical‐operations and executive teams.
* Support the Leadership team and contribute to team growth and development.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Minimum three years experience in the Operating Theatre.
* Experience in leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in budget planning, preparation and management.
* Post‐graduate qualifications highly desirable.
* Ability to work in an ever‐changing, fast‐paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Willingness to obtain a current national criminal history check.
* Must comply with the SVHA Staff Health Screening Immunisation Policy (including mandatory vaccinations).
