An ideal role for someone with property officer experience who holds a Certificate of Registration (COR) or Licence and wants a hands‐on, professional environment with strong support and clear portfolio limits.
Your Role:
* Manage and maintain a residential portfolio of up to 130 properties
* Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
* Organise and supervise maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors
* Handle tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection
* Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve disputes professionally
* Provide landlords with regular updates and property reports
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards
* Attend open inspections during the week as required
Who We're Looking For:
* Previous Property Officer or Property Management experience
* COR or full Licence required
* Confident with property management systems: Inspections Express, PME, Flick It Over, Tapi
* Organised, professional, and proactive with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Salary:
UP TO $85,000 depending on experience
