You will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager with the management and delivery of the facilities maintenance system. This will involve ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed promptly and effectively across the organisation.

* Action proactive and preventative maintenance of all facilities
* Process and action administration tasks including but not limited to invoices and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
* Maintain, monitor, and suggest improvements to essential services such as security and maintenance.
* Build strong internal and external relationships including contractors.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Strong organisational skills with prior experience in a similar capacity being highly regarded.
* Good attention to detail when inputting and reviewing data.
* Proficient MS Office skills with demonstrated experience using the entire package.
* Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage an independent workload.
