Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Your primary role will be to work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes and provide tailored sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and improving their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy for clients, and a willingness to support nearby clinics. You should also have previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health, as well as advanced computer literacy.


Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive client experience
* Work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required


Requirements:

* Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for clients
* Willingness to support nearby clinics
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
* Advanced computer literacy
