The Role:
This is a pivotal role, overseeing their fresh meals product portfolioacross Australia's major grocery retailers. You'll drive brand management and positioning strategies to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty while leading a small and high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand management and brand experience across Coles and Woolworths.
Maintain brand strength with existing consumer bases while driving growth through new audiences.
Deliver media planning and activation strategies.
Lead and develop a total team of three.
Drive brand renovation strategies in a cost-conscious environment.
Identify and deliver on innovation and continuous improvement opportunities – from packaging tweaks to activation collateral and promotional strategies.
About You:
You are a proven FMCG Marketing Manager with:
Experience leading and developing a team.
End-to-end portfolio management expertise, including major retail matrix experience.
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
A track record of success in cost-conscious brand renovation.
A passion for the food manufacturing sector and a collaborative, authentic leadership style
