Responsibilities
* Develop and implement new programs and services to new and existing clients.
* Lead and develop high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a range of person‐centred programs and services.
* Oversee service delivery, innovation and current business opportunities to strengthen outcomes.
* Build robust partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
* Uphold compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services.
* 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
* Robust commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls, reporting and performance outcomes.
* Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement.
* Hands‐on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education pathways and drives new ideas.
* Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in the sector (highly regarded).
