Proposal Development Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to secure major projects by leading the development of winning proposals.
* Manage end-to-end bid processes to secure water and wastewater projects
* Coordinate technical, commercial, and delivery inputs for submissions
* Develop innovative, client-focused proposals that stand out
* Ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of bids
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Bid Manager, Bid Professional, Project Manager, or Project Engineer, with a strong understanding of design and construct methodologies, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering quality outcomes and winning work.
