As a valued member of our team, we envision you as a conscientious, flexible, and innovative educator deeply committed to the holistic development of every student. You will implement and promote the positive reward system for given year levels, and you triage support requests for support services. Working with and reporting to one of our Year Managers in Student Services, you will provide case management for identified students, and provide teachers with classroom management strategies, supporting the development of Individual Education/Behaviour Support Plans. Building positive relationships with students and fostering a passion for creating positive futures aligns seamlessly with our shared values and culture.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Positive Behaviour in Schools framework and demonstrate a growth mindset in interactions with students, parents, and staff.
