What you'll be doing
* Lead the design, delivery, and coordination of traineeship andapprenticeship programs
* Ensure compliance with Training Packages, ASQA/VRQA standards,and contractual requirements
* Work closely with employers to support effective workplace-basedlearning
* Support trainers and assessors to maintain high-quality andconsistent practice
* Review and improve training and assessment resources
* Contribute to innovative delivery models and new programdevelopment
What you'll need
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Relevant vocational qualification with current industrycurrency
* Minimum of 3 years VET delivery experience including traineeships or apprenticeships
* Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end traineeshipand/or apprenticeship programs, including training plan implementation, employer liaison, progressmonitoring, and completion processes
* Strong understanding of work-based assessment and employerengagement
* Sound knowledge of VET compliance requirements
* Experience supporting trainers and improving practice
* Commitment to inclusive, adult-centred education
