We love helping customers celebrate life's special moments and are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining us as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.
What You'll Do:
* Offer professional and personalized service to find the ideal jewelry or watch based on customer wants and desires.
* Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Can provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences.
* Are results-oriented and love selling.
* Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
* Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
* Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
