About the Role
The IT Business Analyst is a newly created position designed to collaborate with people across the organisation to capture current business processes and to improve them using Information Technology as the enabler.
Some travel across Metropolitan Melbourne will be required.
About You
Your strong communication skills and curiosity will allow you to work with people at all levels of the organisation to document and analyse processes creating value for Vasey RSL Care. Your interest in project management will enable you to assist with project coordination and change management activities.
You will also have:
* Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Project Management, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field and/or extensive experience working with aged care processes and information technology.
* Extensive business analysis skills, particularly process mapping, documentation and analysis with process mapping software such as Visio and process documentation tools such as Scribe.
* Good project management knowledge/skills and strong ability to prioritise and address several demands in parallel.
* Demonstrated knowledge of IT solutions and how these can be used to improve business efficiencies.
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation.
* Current valid driver's licence with the ability to travel across sites as required.
* Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check (arranged by Vasey RSL Care).
* Valid working rights which will be subject to a VEVO check.
