We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Care Specialist role.
**Do Work that Matters**
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
- Concierge and welcome calls
- Missed payments and early-intervention collections
- Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

**Hours and training**
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
- You must be available to work from our Collins Street office, once a fortnight
- Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
- Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for **5 weeks - Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am - 2pm.**
- Start date: 31st March 2025
- Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
