Role Overview
This newly created role will build a real marketing function across the group. Current marketing activity spans the portfolio without a clear strategic framework; this position will define the strategy, tools, and energy to change that.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns with a performance‐first mindset across the portfolio.
* Use Klaviyo to build and improve email marketing sequences that are tested, refined, and converting.
* Embed AI content tools into campaign workflows to lift quality and speed without compromising brand integrity.
* Deliver regular performance reports that give the CEO and key stakeholders a clear picture of what is working.
* Build and maintain a group‐wide marketing calendar grounded in data, planned well in advance, and understood by all stakeholders.
* Keep brand activity across the portfolio coherent and coordinated, ensuring each brand feels distinct yet connected to the broader group identity.
* Lead, coach, and develop direct reports so they are clear, capable, and producing their best work.
* Communicate proactively and transparently with the CEO, with no surprises and a clear point of view.
Required Qualifications
* Proven track record in performance marketing, running and optimising digital campaigns across paid and owned channels.
* Experience with AI content tools and platforms such as Performance Max, actively using them to improve output and efficiency.
* Hands‐on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, and ability to build sequences that perform.
* Solid experience in social media marketing and influencer management that is authentic and measurable.
* Leadership skills that inspire a team without relying on authority; the team follows you because you are clear, supportive, and credible.
* Systems thinking, able to assess a function without a framework and build one.
* Strong communication skills, confident and transparent, even when results are not perfect.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience managing a multi‐brand or group environment with a portfolio of distinct identities.
* Familiarity with the property sector or other premium consumer‐facing industries.
* Experience building or restructuring a marketing function, including establishing performance measurement frameworks from scratch.
