Duties include but not limited to:
* Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships
* Coordinating property inspections and maintenance
* Conducting rent reviews and managing databases
* Setting up new managements and tenancies
* Processing rent, issuing monthly invoices, and paying landlords
* Managing arrears and following up as required
* Preparing monthly budget and performance reports
* Collecting monthly sales figures from tenants
* Arranging maintenance contractors
* Collecting tenants’ public liability insurance certificates annually
* Negotiating and drafting lease agreements
* Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Monitoring occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and market trends
Skills & Experience
For you to be successful in this position you will need to show stability and experience in a busy property management-based role. Exposure to a similar position in the property industry (commercial) is essential.
Minimum 2 years’ commercial property management experience
Experience in trust accounting favourable
Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of Cirrus 8 platform favourable
A current property management licence (essential)
