Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Health Services, you will apply your experience in a senior clinical role in nursing or allied health, to conduct annual audits, quality assurance checks and chair required meetings to ensure compliance with the framework. You will also manage all associated reporting, information and data.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as clinical governance subject matter expert, including complaints and clinical incidents management, and subcontractor credentialing management, including credential audits, AHPRA verification, and processing credentialing waivers for new starters.
* Stakeholder engagement across Adecco, subcontractor, ADF Careers and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Psychology Officer (CPO) offices.
* Contribution to ADF Careers Clinical Governance Framework and ensure subcontractor compliance with our Clinical Governance Framework.
* Quality Assurance checks and audits, including site, clinical and credentialing, training and accreditation.
* Chair clinical governance meetings.
* Manage and coordinate reporting, information and data
Candidate's Profile
Tertiary-qualified clinician (nursing or allied health) with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
Your background will demonstrate
* Effective communication including written and verbal communication, report writing, and adaptive communication to suit diverse audiences.
* Understanding of compliance, documentation standards and data handling to ensure governance and information management.
* Relationship building and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Previous experience as a senior clinician in nursing or allied health.
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic to deliver high quality, consistent, and accurate outcomes.
