Driving Sales and Building Partnerships in Haematology
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to drive sales growth, foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
* Identify and prioritize key customers who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
* Boost sales performance by delivering meaningful customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
* Conduct value-based conversations to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
* Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
* Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
