Pastry Head Chef
Role Overview:
Lead our pastry team in creating high-quality, consistent, and innovative pastries. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and maintains hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain our pastry recipes and menus
* Manage and mentor pastry chefs and kitchen staff
* Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all products
* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
* Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a head or senior role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Creative flair and passion for pastries

All-Rounded Barista
Role Overview:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Support other front-of-house and kitchen tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to company standards
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
* Assist with pastry service and light food preparation when required
* Engage with customers and deliver friendly, professional service
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a café environment
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
* Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable
