* We're looking for an experienced Operational HR Leader to join our team as a key member of the site leadership. This role involves delivering strategic and operational HR solutions in a heavily unionised blue-collar environment.
You'll report to the General Manager Operations and work closely with the site-based management team to ensure effective HR solutions that align with Enterprise Agreements, business objectives, and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as experience delivering HR in a similar environment.

About the Role
* Talent acquisition and recruitment of frontline and support staff
* HR lifecycle activities, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and succession planning
* Coaching and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues
* Investigations into workplace behaviour or conduct issues
* Participation in site-based union engagement activities
* Reporting and promoting employee engagement and a positive workforce culture
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR, Employment Law, or a relevant discipline
* A strong HR/IR Generalist background with at least 5 years' experience
* Experience delivering HR in a heavily unionised blue-collar business
