As a Heritage Consultant, you will be working on a diverse range of projects that involve archaeological excavations and the preservation of historical sites. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on historical and Aboriginal archeological matters.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice on historical and Aboriginal archeological matters.
* Preparing reports including heritage studies, due diligence assessments, management plans and impact assessments.
* Traveling to locations for field work, including for surveys, stakeholder engagement and excavations.
About You:
* Holds a tertiary qualification in Cultural Heritage, Archaeology or related discipline.
* Has a proficient understanding of and ability to apply statutory heritage legislation.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake historical research utilising multiple sources and methodologies.
