Organisational Change Management Officer Position
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Organisational Change Management (OCM) professional to contribute to successful project delivery across various IT Division projects.
* Develop and execute strategic communication plans to facilitate adoption of new technologies.
* Advise stakeholders, including executive staff and leadership teams, on maximising technology adoption.
* Track progress and provide regular updates to ensure stakeholders are informed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement effective change management strategies to drive technology adoption.
2. Collaborate with project teams, IT Division, and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process.
3. Develop and distribute program-wide communications to keep stakeholders informed.
4. Prepare training and support materials to enhance capability and readiness.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship or ability to obtain baseline clearance.
* Knowledge of change management methodologies and accreditation in OCM principles.
* Experience with M365 implementation and adoption approaches, particularly in cloud-based solutions.
* Strong visual communication and data analysis skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
