Senior Operations & Administration Manager

Operational Backbone – Multi‐Site Health BusinessFull‐Time | Onsite | Perth

Intense Health is a structured, multi‐site private health business operating six clinics across Perth.

We are not a startup.We are not a corporate chain.We are a disciplined, founder‐led business built on systems, standards, and accountability.

We are seeking a senior operational professional to take ownership of the administrative and operational engine of the business.

This is a responsibility‐first role designed for someone in a stable life stage who is ready to commit long‐term and take full ownership of operational structure.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

To ensure payroll, rostering, reporting, compliance, and administrative systems run with precision, consistency, and reliability — without daily founder involvement.

This role is about operational stability.

Not title.Not politics.Not strategy theatre.

Execution.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Fortnightly payroll (accuracy, compliance, verification)
* Roster planning and operational scheduling
* Daily escalation cycle and internal reporting
* Weekly and monthly operational reports
* Procedure documentation and system updates
* Admin team supervision and workload allocation
* Compliance tracking and policy adherence
* Identifying inefficiencies and strengthening workflows
* Ensuring operational continuity across all locations

You will be the operational reference point for head office.

Precision and follow‐through are non‐negotiable.

WORKING STRUCTURE

Full‐time, onsite role (40 hours per week).

Operational rhythm currently runs:

* Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

This structure supports multi‐site stability and is not negotiable.

COMPENSATION

$95,000 – $105,000 + Super

Remuneration reviewed after successful probation based on demonstrated performance, ownership and operational impact.

Six‐month probation with structured performance checkpoints.

We are prepared to compensate appropriately for the right long‐term fit.

* Founders are no longer pulled into daily operational corrections
