Electrician Position Available
This shift relief electrician role involves working a variety of 12-hour shifts. You will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance and breakdown work across production lines and facilities using food manufacturing equipment such as thermal oil boilers, ammonia refrigeration plant, ovens, fryers, freezers, packaging machines, conveyor systems, robotics and automation systems.
About the Role
* Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical circuits and components, reading and interpreting schematic diagrams, and communicating effectively within a team environment.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to diagnose and rectify complex control circuit issues, operate and maintain single and three-phase power systems, and manage instrumentation and photoelectric sensor systems.
Additional skills required for this position include experience with PLCs and VSDs, electric and servo motors, and other related technical abilities.
The ideal candidate will hold a current electrical licence and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
