* This opening is for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Townsville
* Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
* Complete daily data entry and administration duties and requirements
* Work with spreadsheets and generate reports where required
* Be willing to dedicate your time to diagnosing freight issues in real time by inspecting and investigating freight throughout the Depot and speaking with numerous staff members on the floor
* Dedicate appropriate amounts of time daily towards office administration as well as inspecting and investigating customer queries on the floor and throughout the Depot
* Have a pro-active and strategic mindset to Customer Service by utilising multiple avenues towards problem solving which include liaising with staff, using technology and systems to ascertain appropriate solutions
* Be proactive in repacking any freight according to customer requirements
* Following up on processing Repacks, Damaged and Unidentified Freight
* Coordinating with customers face to face who come in to collect any deliveries
