Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
* Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to support child development.
* Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
* Advocate for young people and their right to accessible, effective support.
About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
* Strong understanding of mental health challenges affecting young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with young people, families, and stakeholders effectively.
* A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex cases with a person-centered approach.
* A valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the right to work in Australia.
