A leading energy sector company is seeking a HR Process & Improvement Specialist for a key 6 month fixed-term contract based in Mulgrave. The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Process & Improvement Specialist will be instrumental in analysing and enhancing HR workflows to increase efficiency and compliance. This hands‑on and fast‑paced role involves redesigning HR processes, implementing best practices, and training teams to ensure smooth adoption of improvements:
* Analyse and redesign HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and compliance
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using data‑driven methods like Lean and Six Sigma
* Document procedures and deliver training to embed sustainable HR practices
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align improvements with industry regulations and organisational goals
* Support quick turnaround on process enhancements during a critical project period
The Person
* 3+ years' experience in HR process improvement, ideally within energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors
* Proficient in process mapping and BPM tools such as Visio or Minitab
* Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SuccessFactors
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
